Energy assessment of buildings
Velísková, Eva ; Maurerová, Lenka (referee) ; Hirš, Jiří (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with energy assessment of buildings according to a current valid legislature. In the first part the energy assessments problems are solved. The next part solves the energy concept of the educational building, Pavilion P4, AdMaS centre of Faculty of Civil Engineering of BUT, in the form of project documentation. In the part of thesis there is a simulation characterizing dynamic behavior of building. The thesis point is the evaluation of energy balance and a draft of measures leading to the power consumption decrease.
Civil building
Krestýn, Miroslav ; Spáčilová, Jitka (referee) ; Spáčil, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis titled "Civil building" consists of three main parts. The theoretical, project and calculation sections are created. The common theme of these parts is the assessment of the energy performance of the proposed building. The object is designed as a two-storey office building that meets the current requirements for new construction under the energy certificate. The goal of the work is the design of the optimisation of the building in the form of individual options for energy certificates and their mutual comparison.
Energy Performance Certificate Buildings with Nearly Zero Energy Consumption
Odstrčilíková, Aneta ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the energy performance of the residential building in Brno. The theoretical part is about solar collectors and their distribution. In the computational part, it compares the non-renewable primary energy and the total supplied primary energy for the designed variants. It analyzes the energy needs and flows of the building. In part C there are two energy performance certificate of building – for the initial state and the designed state.
Thermal behavior and energy demands of low-energy office buildings
Pichová, Lenka ; Adam, Pavel (referee) ; Šikula, Ondřej (advisor)
The thesis deals with energy intensity of a low energy office building. In the thesis, em-phasis is put especially on the calculation of energy consumption for heating (cooling). The energy intensity of the building is determined and evaluated by four methods of calculation, which are compared with a valid certificate of energy performance of the building, which arose at the time of its construction. In the experimental part of the the-sis, the energy intensity of the building is compared to the actual energy consumption obtained by two experimental measurements in heating season 2012/2013. (The building is operating partly only). Different methods of solutions and valid legal regulations are elaborated in detail in the first part of the thesis.
Proposal of heating from the perspective of the primary energy
Jurka, Vít ; Adam, Pavel (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
This master´s thesis proposal addresses the heating from the perspective of primary energy in the object. The building is located in Brno and is used as a villa with a pool hall. The object of this work is the selection of appropriate variants of three heat sources (gas boiler, pellet and electric) in terms of primary energy. The project is design of the heating system chosen mode of heat, which is a pellet boiler. The theoretical part is focused on the pellets and their history, classification, properties, production, storage and transport.
